haze of July 2009

Though it was a bright day, I could catch with my handphone camera - the sun trying to show its face through the haze.



The sun reflected on the top of my car!


Do you remember when we were young, we were taught a scientific experiment: using a magnify glass to channel the rays of the sun to start a fire on a piece of paper.
A recent cartoonist equate the current situation as much; except that we are the little ants having no where to run from the rays that is beating down on us!

Can we blame people for thinking that the end is near?

Why are we having so much ado over little things in life? __________________________________________________________________________

Well technically it is not over as we are still awaiting the marking of two more paper! and the official date is October 15, 2009. The result of the 'additional' work of the last four years is so ...

I had a thought. Though we are to look forward to the 'treasures and judgement' of the final day, the crux of whatever we do in this earthly life has to be so recognised by our fellow humans!
